The PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) Deco Sheet,which is our main product,is totally different from currently available PVC Deco Sheet.  It has many advantages: it is an eco-friendly product that is not harmful to the human body at all,it does not give off environmental hormones that causes the sick house syndrome,it,unlike general chemical products,does not generate toxic gases when fire breaks out,and it has the property to prevent fire from getting out of control by melting itself before flame spreads out.  (Results of chemical tests: European TVOC Standard 0.03mg/m.h vs. our product 0.02mg/m.h ; please refer to the certificate for fire fighting and anti-flame characteristics)

PETG Deco Sheet is an eco-friendly Deco Film and it has the following features.

It has a variety of uses: it can be used to make films and sheets,in a horizontal shape,coming out in diverse thickness and also to create transparent partitions.   So it can be an ideal material for Kimchi containers,windows of cable cars,roofs of bus stops,covers of handsets,partitions (a test of indoor air confirmed that general partitions currently used are one of those materials that give off harmful substances.),deco sheets of the surface of furniture,electronic products and so on.  The PET-G resin is the best environmental product that features adhesiveness,brilliance,and environment-friendliness.

Being in the limelight with its processability and durability

PET-G is one of the materials that currently comes into spotlight in the midst of a recent trend that is characterized with an increasing need for insulation of buildings whose construction mode has changed from a packaged one to a new method that requires the use of diverse construction materials,with the use of plenty of graphics in sign display,and with the increase in the development of surface materials in line with the diversity of interior designs. 

The growing cases of the PET-G's applications to construction materials that satisfies both processability and durability,as it is substantiated in interior films and sheet products,are surely welcomed by consumers. The principal characteristics of the PET-G resin are adhesiveness,brilliance,and environment-friendliness; products in the form of sheets can deliver the feels of diverse patterns of such real materials as metal,high glossy,wood etc.

The eco-friendly construction materials our company has developed include the products that replace marble stones and tiles using non-inflammable magnesium board (NF board) and PETG Deco Sheet,keeping pace with the strengthening of the Fire Prevention Law on current interior materials as well as with the increasing interests in eco-friendly construction materials (,which are of a new concept that are processed by fixing the highly glossy PET-G Deco Sheet to magnesium boards.)

Materials being used mainly for interior and exterior materials
Interior and exterior construction materials currently used can be classified in five categories

1. Marble and artificial marble,b) Glass
2. Bricks,d) Tiles,e) Steel and sandwich panels

The above-mentioned classification is made based on a sketchy idea but there are only few materials that can be out of these categories. 

Our incombustible PET-G multiple-layered sheet products can render the splendor of marble and the sleekness of a tile.  They are made of the PET-G Deco Sheet that is subject to fire-fighting criteria (passed the fire test) and the incombustible NF (no-fired) board.  It also delivers the same effect of marble and tiles so it can replace the products the major part of which are imported so as to bring out not a little ripple effect to the domestic economy.

The advantages of these products are: they create a variety of other patterns in addition to the splendid marble patterns,they are glued with ease (five times shorter than that needed for a general tile work) so they can save costs in terms of labor and installation and thus become ideal interior construction and decoration materials. 

The test results prepared by the Korea Institute of Construction Materials showed that they passed the criteria for construction materials such as water permeability and shock resistance; and thus they can be used as accredited construction materials (please bring it to mind that marble and a tile are very weak to shock.)

Especially,a research on the quality of indoor air by the Ministry of Environment showed that the volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde that are very harmful to the human body are detected by more than 20~40% than their threshold values in most of multiple-purpose facilities,the result of which will surely lead in the future to the revision of laws and regulations intended for stricter enforcement.  A series of these and those results will result in growing interest in our environment-friendly products.

We have much invested in R&D activities in order to open a new era in the domestic construction material market.  We tried to develop ourselves into a venture business to overcome the difficulties we face during the economic recession and to get the lead in technology with patents and utility models.
Furthermore,we have obtained chemical test certification,fire test certification for our products,which have also passed the tests conducted by the Korea Institute of Construction Materials.
With the opening of our research and development center as a momentum,we will do our utmost to develop diverse products and improve the quality of our products to the world best standards so as to gain an early edge in both domestic and overseas markets.
